Located in the home of the original and beloved City Package, Whip City Spirits opened it's doors in 2023 with hopes of becoming an integral part of the Westfield community. Even though it is under new ownership, we hope to continue to remain a staple of the Westfield community. We keep that same friendly charm City Package customers were so fond of. while bringing a new, refreshed look and feel to the building.

You guessed it, Robyn Miller is married to that Miller guy over there...👈She is excited for this new adventure! Aside from being a mama, her full-time gig involves owning a Digital Media Agency, MorningBird Media. In our limited spare time, she also shares responsibilities in operating their party rental company, LadyBug Party Rentals.
